A surgeon at a party I was at over the weekend, (sorry, I know that sounds like Paul)... Not at all. I was able to read and understand it the 1st time, did not have to add words, letters, punctuation, or meaning. Nor was it in1/2 italic, nor 1/4 bold typeface.
