Manfred, I admit to being a little frustrated with the "I don't knows" myself. From the company's point of view, however, having a separate PR guy may have some advantages. It has been posted here that the company has a 10-person staff. If there aren't really very many requests for information, would the company want to pay a person to sit there and look at a phone. In Volk, they essentially have a part-time guy. On other threads I really worry when I read post after post by people who called and talked to the company CEO for 40 minutes. That's not really what I want the CEO to be doing. Having a separate part-time IR guy also allows the company to parcel out information and to "truthfully" avoid giving out information they would prefer to keep in house. The company simply doesn't tell Volk what they don't want him (and us)to know. We of course want to know everything. I run a business, and it would drive me absolutely insane to have to provide the entire world with information about every thing I do. I would never actually do anything--I would spend all my time talking about it. But we must apply pressure on the company to come clean on substantial issues. I'll give them a month to name the auditor. If no auditor's name is known then, I will question whether they really plan to report in December. But I'll give them a month. Regards, Suzanne
