Hi Bernard,

Interesting question-I don't have any direct knowledge (and couldn't say anything if I did, I guess), but I certainly heard the Intel rumor in the same form (price, timing, etc.) from enough unrelated people to believe there must be some truth to it. I make this acquisition value to be about $2.5 million per employee, which is cheap in comparison to Cisco/Clarity, no?
