for Twister's most recent post on this thread, in which he admits that his 1997 prediction of a SUNW multi-year high in the low 50's was wrong, but also holds to his long term (12-18 month) vision of disaster for SUNW.

His next predicted disaster depends on Merced and an Enterprise-ready Windows 2000, which are likely to be disasters for Intel and Microsoft, not Sun. So his crystal ball still needs a battery.

Nonetheless, that post was a braver thing than many people around here would undertake.
