We are at War. Why is that so hard to understand? If you listened to the French Premier yesterday, he thinks we have a criminal problem. The US has by resolution declared War after AQ declared war on us back in 1998 and we ignored them. Now we don't ignore. Legally when you are at war all the laws change, the rules change. Too many people are using the wrong box to anyalyze things whether its US actions, gitmo, laws, assassinations you name it. In a criminal matter you have certain rules. In a war you have different rule. Remember Yamamoto. So lets get at it and finish this war. Richard
