China executes man for embezzlement Thursday, October 30, 2003 at 17:00 JST BEIJING — A court in the central Chinese city of Chongqing executed the general manager of a government-run agricultural company this week for embezzling 11.91 million yuan ($1.44 million), state media reported Thursday.
