THEN, Good start on Ed. reforms:

1, Break the stranglehold of the UFT union in Trumps 2nd Term. There ARE ways to do this.

2. Gut the destructive holdover policies in the Deep State U.S. Dept of Education.

3. Don't waste billions trying to fire the worst Ed. Dept. bureaucrats. Just transfer them out of their current power nodes and put em behind desks with NO phone & pen...)) No computer access and no mgt. or decision making authority!

Admittedly, a baby step. But a very positive one.
