I was told just yesterday by E-Trade that up to 5000 shares are 19.95, after that it is .01 a share. Can get costly on a .03 stock. I repeatedly grilled her on prices, and that is what she said, and that is what the web site said. The only broker that I know of that has reasonable rates for penny stocks is Webstreet.

Correct me if I'm wrong, because I will call again.

E-Trade is not working for me today either. Couldn't get through on the "new" page and had to go to an old back-up page ... still not working.
