I dont know about dope heads, but we have always had gangs. Boot camp knows how to deal with that. (gg). I blame much of our troubles on DR. SPOCK. When he was popular that began this PERMISSIVENESS that has only gotten worse with our LIBERALISED society. Today, a parent is held responsible for his childs actions YET, if that parent disciplines his child he/she can get in real trouble. My mother had 4 boys. I was the LAST. By the time I came along she knew exactly how to keep young boys in line. In my case, by the time I was a teenager she had graduated from a yardstick to an 8 foot BULLWHIP. Man she left some welts on me, today, she would be JAILED. But, I can honestly say, I have never stolen anything in my life, used illegal drugs or did anything that could result in a jail sentence. She nipped bad behaviour in the BUD, right from the start. Spare the rod, spoil the child, her favorite saying. jdn
