Anne Bancroft died of uterine cancer. A reminder to us all, get your checkup. It may or may not show up on a Pap test, also may or may not show up on a pelvic exam, but still, this is better than nothing, no?

On a similar topic, American Diabetes Association has an interactive test for people who have, or are fighting, diabetes, either Type 1 or Type 2, as well as Metabolic Syndrome.

My results - the best thing I can do for my future well-being is get my Hemoglobin A1C down.
