Here's an interesting indicator of how the market is at the moment favoring small cap value stocks, but not small cap growth stocks.

These are AMEX baskets based on the S&P 600 Small Cap stock index.
IJS = half of the index with the lowest p/b
IJT = half of the index with the highest p/b

The value stocks, in IJS, are whipping their counterparts in IJT.

I just bought shares in IJS out of laziness. It's easier than researching a lot of individual stocks, and the expenses are minimal. Here's the prospectus: amex.com
