The applications were received by the elections supervisor's office in Seminole county.

The Elections Supervisor allowed Republican representatives to alter the applications.

The alteration was on the otherwise invalid applications for a ballot, not on the ballot itself. Florida law requires that the voter or a member of their immediate family provide the application information.
