Michael, WIND said, during the conference call, that they buy about
100,000 shares per quarter on the open market to fund their employee
stock option plan. After the quarter was announced, one of the WIND
analysts took note of the fact that 400,000 shares had been bought
back, which influenced their earnings/share numbers by a fraction of
a cent. So, as mentioned by someone else on the thread, it appears
that WIND took the low stock price as an opportunity to fund their
stock option plan for the whole year. Yet another example of WIND's
excellent management.

P.S. Bill Gates sold $289M in MSFT stock, and a MSFT VP sold $78M; I
guess MSFT must be headed for a fall! MSFT management clearly thinks
their stock in overvalued! ;-) (For those of you that don't follow
this thread closely, this was a tongue-in-cheek reference to another
one of Mark's many misguided arguements concerning WIND's stock.)
