I shudder when people echo this philosophy. Crooks can be "skilled manipulators." People who hold the wrong principles (or none at all) can be "skilled manipulators." Even German leaders back in the early 20th century can be "skilled manipulators." There is no end to the danger when "skilled manipulation" is revered as a "virtue" above all other virtues. I hope you're not one of those people, but your arguments seem to suggest otherwise. <And by the way, I know lots of lawyers, and most of them are "good people".> I've watched William Daley speak on TV. This guy is a piece of work. He calls the situation in Florida "an injustice unparalleled in American history." Good people appear on TV and say B.S. like that? If you know lots of lawyers who are good people, I'd sure like to see them in positions of power. So far, the only people I see in those positions are the crooks. Tenchusatsu
