Downgrades as far as I know are general for everyone.. unless someone has any other ideas.. I ALWAYS listen to downgrade and pay less attention to upgrades lately. Once those downgrades are posted... there is very little likelihood the stock will overcome that 'stain'.. In fact I usually look for a correlating stock in the sector to short or buy puts in the event there is no uptick or no good puts are available.
