CETX - When I begin due diligence on a company, I like to trace its associations. With life in general, bad guys tend to hang out with bad guys and good guys tend to hang out with good guys. With that in mind, I've begun to check out Cemtrex's accounting firm, Bharat Parikh & Associates. Its address is listed as 4840 McDermott Rd, Plano, TX, but headquarters appears to be in India. For this post, I'll only mention that BP&A was appointed accountant for InoLife Technologies (INOL) in February 2015 replacing The Hall Group which dropped its PCAOB registration. InoLife hasn't filed a 10-Q or 10-K since then, and the company seems to have changed hands. A lot, and I mean A LOT, of suspicious activity surrounding InoLife. More to come.
