John;

There's one thing from this Wall Street Journal I just don't get. How can you demand that health insurance companies insure people with preexisting conditions? That's demanding a company to lose money.

And another thing; how in the world do you require people to have health insurance or pay a fine? People are required to have auto insurance too but many just don't. Some are too poor and need the money to feed their families. So now the person who can't afford health insurance in the first place gets the additional burden of a fine? You saddle these people with fines and demands and they end up as wards of society. Holding cardboard signs on the freeway off ramps.
