A bigot is someone who pre-judges based on characteristics of a group, for example, if you're short, you must be ineffective.

Or if you're white you must be racist. Or if you're a male you must be a sexist. Or if you're an Evangelical Christian you must be stupid. Yep. You're right That's how bigotry works.
