Thanks 4 the update. It's a unique situation on an island. Kinda like SF. There's a limited amount of space to build on, and (for Hawaii anyway) everybody wants a piece of it. A formula for future inflation if I ever saw one. OT- As for the okra- You may have something there wrt sandy soil. My soil is closer to clay. Potatoes and strawberries don't grow real well on it either. Weren't you looking into a solar elec. system for your place there in HI? How is that coming along? Regards, TW
