Bush-Cheney committed treason with their totally illegal and totally un-Constitutional domestic spying campaign which probably had nothing at all to do with fighting terrorism. But like Nixon abused such powers, it had everything to do with spying on political opponents, including reporters, peace groups, demcorats, you name it. That's fascism and it has no place in the USA. If you like that kind of abuse of power, you should be mourning Saddam Hussein because he'd be a hero of yours. That's police state tactics.
