I am not sure that the situation with CMND is the same as with PRTG. PRTG is moving to a model where customers pay to have PRTG employees available, whether or not the customer is ready on their end. Great idea -- why should PRTG lose out if the customer is not ready? Once the transition to this model is complete, PRTG can plan ahead and ensure high capacity utilization.
