Zonkie, yes, that is largely a politically correct response since I have respect for the SEC people who worked on the case. So, to be a bit more clear, while my initial emotion was dismay and to some degree outrage that it appeared the fox was still guarding the henhouse, I tempered that with rationalizations that people I respected at the SEC had thought this decision through and thus I should be supportive. In other words, I made my decision on emotion since I figured the SEC, not me, had all the facts. I'll make some inquiries. If it turns out the decision came from elsewhere at the SEC I'll let you know. I hope that makes sense.
