the unemployment rate when down because 360,000 people gave up looking for a job. This is Obama's plan to wreck the economy so badly that we end up with zero unemployment and zero jobs. Then he can blame capitalism and we become another Cuba. At least we will have free 'health'care and old cars, but no cigars
