today that it has signed agreements with Broadcast Music Incorporated (BMI)
and the Association of Songwriters Composers and Publishers (ASCAP) for
royalty payments on the sale of ring tones and other forms of music on its
demographically focused recessgames.com portal. Ring tones are digitized
melodies that play on wireless phones in lieu of a traditional ring.
