Amien - thanks for the page and phone calls. I (we) got them all. Check your e-mail for a message from me, but to shorten the story, I was 20 to 30 minutes late responding because my ISP's POP3 server was down at the exact moment your page came through. It took them about 20 minutes to get it back on line.

Good luck -- now the waiting begins.
