Paul - I concluded their French company was part of their plan to develop software tools. I remember they had stopped licensing their y2k tools. I have to go back and refer to the news release on this company acquisition. The new acquisition, RHO, specializes on conversion and maintenance - still a body shop. Is their strategy to be a body shop? Ram
