Anthony Sargent, a Florida Proud Boy, told Judge Dabney Friedrich he was "trying to help the police on Jan. 6, 2021" by throwing a rock at the Capitol doors. - justice.gov Sargent also noted he had helped the police by physically separating a law enforcement officer from a rioter, preventing further harm and preventing the apprehension of the rioter. Prosecutors had asked for a 46-month sentence for Sargent, but on Friday a less than amused Judge Friedrich imposed a 60 month sentence. Trump supporter Anthony Sargent accused Judge Friedrich of being racist.
