I think the Arizona Dept of Mines ought to be more concerned about a class action lawsuit from those who will lose out if IPM goes ballistic because their statements in 1994 and since scared them out of the stock. Apparently the Dept of Commerce is the important one, and they've been most co-operative.
I think we will be handled scrupulously fairly by all Depts in the future because of this debacle so perhaps it will all be a blessing in disguise and alleviate the necessity for more unpleasantness.
By the way I wouldn't worry too much about another local newspaper article, the vast majority of privately owned shares are out of the US altogether and the funds won't give a damn......the lovely thing is they've heard it all before now.
