The shah's father once controlled 10% of all the land in Iran which is a a large country. Why was he exiled? If you don't understood what led to the coup then I certainly cannot help you . You are actually blaming Carter for his ouster. So for the past 40 years Carter has been involved in many humanitarian projects to redeem himself? If you were younger, it would be more understandable but you are much older and should know better.
