Thanks for your ideas pertaining to the milestone payments. How much do you think it will cost IDEV to launch Sanctura? Do you expect the launch to eat a significant share of the $150M milestone? I'm totally clueless about how this industry works and would just assume a doc would automatically write a scrip for a medication w equal or greater efficacy and no psychotropic effects vs the competition for an elderly patient suffering OAB, but I guess the pharma industry is used to big ad budgets and spending on lavish events to wine, dine and educate doctors, etc, etc. If it's needed to drive demand, I suppose it's OK. It just seems like a lot of money to me. I would hope they could put a decent chunk of the $150M in their pocket and save it for a rainy day. Is there any expectation that a milestone payment not be allocated to other uses or projects in the pipeline? Sam
