STS Shares issued 6,444,175 Mar 3 close $1.45 Tue 4 Mar 97 Property Agreement The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated December 2 1996 whereby Starpoint Goldfields Inc has optioned the Luwero property (special exclusive prospecting licence No. 4265) in Uganda, to Dobrana Resources Ltd. The consideration payable by Dobrana is US$15,000 initial payment, US$75,000 and the issuance of 100,000 shares upon receipt of satisfactory title opinion and updated engineering report, and a $200,000 exploration work commitment carried out over the next two years.
