Sounds about the same as here re: the two bedroom on that lot size.

I GCed and did the plumbing on mine about a year ago and it ran around $120.00 a square foot. That gave us granite counter tops, and tile and wood floors. Can save yourself a fair amount if you have the experience to at least GC your own. Things went fairly smooth for me but it was a constant battle getting people here. They were so busy they could pick and choose the best jobs. I still knew enough contractors from my time in the field to get mine done in a reasonable amount of time though.
