Sonki--I think CS First Boston,Bancamerica, and one other firm recently downgraded AMAT, which could be the cause of the selling pressure (or lack of buying pressure.) I recently added more at $40 3/4 and think it's cheap here. I also sent good money after bad and bought some more SUNW at $39 7/8. Semis could be sluggish for 1-2 quarters, then OK. Regards, Scooter
