You have only yourself to blame if you lost money in UTEK.
If you were lucky enough to buy UTEK for $21 you would have
a nice profit now at $26. Also, in January, you could have
purchased Uniphase for $45 and would now have a $67 stock for
a 50% profit. Also, Brinker said over and over last summer
UTEK was a raging buy at $14. If you had purchased more at $14
you would now have doubled your money. Brinker still regards
the stock as attractive at $24 or less according to his
newsletter. He has a $36 target by next year based on several
exciting new products. Brinker was certainly right to call UTEK
a raging buy at $14. The stock closed Friday night at $26 and
has been holding firm despite the recent market correction.
