Hey Myonus,

I go thru Smith Barney, for other complicated reasons I have to stay with him thru the forseeable future.

@ Smith Barney I sign non solicitation forms, this protects the brokerage house from any litigation since the form basically says you are doing this on your own.

The major house will then issue certs, @ no charge (from Smith Barney anyway). Of course they had just made some commish on a stock that was not within their inventory. A staight out broker deal.

It also makes your broker look good to some of his other clients who allow him some "mad money" to play with on deals like this.

I would hazard to guess that the e-trade & other self trade houses are playing games with your money until the certs have a name on them

If anyone would care to do a discreet e-mail, I can discuss further.

HOLD THOSE SHARES UNTIL RILEY GIVES THE WORD. ITS THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN WORK TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM GAIN.

Regards,
