Sandra I was once very familiar with SBAS. I bought it under 1 and finally gave up on it around September at 1 3/4. They at one time had a lot of promise. They had bundled their software with about 9 companies. They had hoped to generate a lot of sales from this. When it didn't happen I left.

A quick look at the private placement and their quarterly report has me shaking my head. Nothing has changed. That is except volume and price. Go figure. Watch for the end of big MO on this one. Unless something hasn't been announced yet.

The company is burning through cash. If you read the report real carefully it was a masterful job of combining all of the expenses and revenues yet no income. They weren't even close to making a profit. I quit adding after the first 2 expenses. I really liked the part where they had over 4 million in cash last December but were down to less than 1 at the end of this December.

Catch the wave but make sure to get off before it hits the beach. The volume is truly amazing though. Hope there is more news coming.

Cary
