LRR, you never babble! I simply find so many of the "pro-lifers" frightening because they make demands of others and offer so little in return. I am sure that there are other people willing to put their lives where their mouths are. I just wish that there were more of them and that they were more visible. It would lend a lot more credence to the exhortations and the carrying on. I remember when I was in college, a "right-to-lifer" came in to lecture a group of us women. During the Q&A, I observed that nothing would change until the day that her daughter came home and said that she was pregnant and received nothing but support and help. Everything else is cant and bullying.
