Auric, you might be right, but I would still put a "buy stop" in case you are wrong, they may inflict sufficient pain before a "collapse". What is missing here, Auric, is the typical hype associated with P&D operations. If the price rise was due to a well orchestrated news release campaign, I would worry, but it seems that the price rise is "organic", more and more people are becoming aware of a story that might have some interesting potential. Right now the total worst case dilution looks no more than some 30% (another 5 MM shares), this is a far cry from the 100% dilution during last year. Like in the case of VLNC these bandits might be "friendlies". Zeev
