My lawyer contact is out of town , awaiting his phone call.
Meanwhile I think that before the AGM it may be worthwhile to
send STS a questionnaire with key questions about the history
of this debacle and get reply before the AGM. Then item should be put on agenda to deal with concerns of all outside shareholders. This should be a comprehensive way to gather all the good questions people have posted on this thread, and others, and maybe the easiest way to begin determining whether any shareholder action or motion would be in order. Any comments?

It's hard to determine now whether or not it makes sense for them to stay and mine Riverstone or go to Uganda. Key future
point will be management's willingness and ability to continue
their listing as a public co., whether the shell could continue
as before when boat navigation business was no longer active,
maybe taken over by new management for other business? Proposals for the future and management's commitment should be closely scrutinized at the AGM.

I didnt lose as much as many here, and feel much sympathy for all who sacrificed sweat earnings, we all deserve a full accounting if not restitution.
