No, I doubt if he's capable of developing better manners, he's arrogant and deceptive, you can see by the way he holds his nose up and never looks straight ahead when he speaks to a crowd... he grew up on the streets of Chicago and is deeply emersed in Chicago style dirty politics, just look at his associates, all birds of a feather, he will always think he's better and smarter than everyone, this is how he already insulted two Presidents, with his arrogance... I doubt he'll every change or grow up... GZ
