Did Bois represent the DOJ in this case ?

If you look at the whole drama carefully and think it deeply, you will find that AOL
muscled its power of monopoly in the internet service business, 13MM customers
a big number at that time in 1995, tried to strike a good deal with either MSFT or NSCP. Both NSCP and MSFT wanted AOL to carry their own browser , because AOL held a monopoly position in the internet service business at that time. AOL
ask NSCP not to enter the internet service business in the first three years , and this is trying to divide the market with NSCP and force NSCP to accept it , because AOL
dominated the market of internet service market at that time and NSCP wanted AOL to carry its browser. So,Is this a crime what DOJ called, dividing the market, abusing the power of monopoly ? Unfortunately these monopolies now stand on the court to be the witness of DOJ's case against MSFT about monopoly. Is this funny ? We probably will see a lot of such funny stories and contradictions in the coming
weeks as the show continues and more of these what we called witness come on line to show to the public how the companies they represented play the games of monopoly in the past !!!!!!!!!!!!
