One of the largest mobo manufacturers in the world Gigabyte on Nov 11 says there is a problem sever enough to return the 760 to AMD after trying to understand the defect. Gigibyte says it will take two weeks to find the problem, and you say its a heatsink?

A problem that I could have found and fixed in 45minutes?

And you say its a heatsink and fixed. The art was dated 11/27. That means the test was at least 11/22.

Your statement does not resound with verisimilitudenesshood.

It sounds more like AMD, in order to get to 1.2 "overcooked" the chip, making it reliable enough for one test, but not ready for prime time.
