Chinu, we agree on the fact that we have a cost imposed upon us in Iraq. We do not agree on taxes. The person making more money already pays far more than the person making less, that is our system, if we need to go up, all tax brackets should go up, if we are able to go down, all tax brackets should go down. As long as we have brackets, they should be moved in the same direction, but everyone should take ownership. I know that people in the lower tax brackets do not appreciate that we subsidize their costs for our country,,,that has been a creation of the democratic party. They have made those that pay the most evil and that even though they pay a portion of the taxes due by people earning less, those earning less wanted even more of a free ride. And at the same time they want to blast the people who are paying their bills. I have a hard time accepting that. The lowest tax bracket already is a great gift to those that use the same services...it can be argued that they also are the highest crime rate, accident rate...and cost our society more...to point out your example of servicemen.

The two parties have created a class war. Too bad. I do not want a part of them.
