Rene, not necessarily so... however, what distinguishes Americans (and I am one) is that we try to be very practical... change takes a lot of time, effort and energy...and at any given point, we all are pressed to make decisions... to be practical or idealistic and the consequences... where human life was involved (like Kosova recently), being idealistic governed... and where only money is at issue, it seems that it's practicality... now, I don't know why or how is it not practical for non-US citizens to participate in CMGI's DSP, I tend to think that there must be some issues that need ironing out... only time may tell. best regards amein
