Compaq (CPQ) 18.73 +0.38: Company warns for Q1; sees EPS of $0.12-0.14, vs consensus of $0.20. Revenues are estimated to be between $9.0 and $9.2 billion, roughly four percent below Q1; vs estimate of $9.54 bln. Company will also take a restructuring charge of $125 to $150 mln in Q1; see press release.
