Insider Trading can be interpreted into many different things. The insider trading that is posted on Yahoo is legitimate and legal insider trading, and if you look back at Larry Vance's sales I believe in November a couple of years back those too are legal sales.
Obviously those people close enough to have "insider stock" know the day to day operations of the company a lot better than any of us do, and I beleive that they would be able to capitalize much better than any of us based on privelaged knowledge that they carry.
Who knows...maybe EDIS is heading lower and they wanted to get their money while the getting was good. I sure hope not, for I am invested at much higher levels, and am only frustrated with my own decisions at this point.
Didn't mean to vent and cause an uproar, just wanted to share some information that I found, and thought everyone would like to know.
I wish someone from the company would read these posts, and get an idea of how us shareholders feel concerning operations, and the "up-to-date" progress of the company.
Oh well, back to the coffee pot.
