In Italy, baby formula can be sold only in pharmacies, where discounting is rare. she should live in Pa. where liquor is only sold in state stores and discounting is rare. what a revolting development that is. ps if you go to Delaware where prices are sold at discounts we have the Pa. state police watching these stores and spend their time busting citizens of pa. who buy a few bottles when they come back over to pa. Very efficient use of state police. fine is $50. a bottle.
