check RealAudio, they've got the audio of the Senate Banking Committee session with Greenspan, who, when prompted by Senator Bennett, was unflinching in his concern about Y2K, especially that small amounts of non-compliance may have major impact, due to the interconnectedness of systems. Bennett supplemented, with comments about the fragility of the power grid in the US, among other things.
