Microsoft has plans to sell software in developing countries for dirt cheap. This is the same BS the drug companies pull, supporting "free trade" until it means cheaper prices for US consumers, their largest market. Theoretically under free trade we should be able to reimport microsoft products at China prices and sell it here for a fraction of the cost of US pricing. Same with all technology and many other consumer products like Coke and Pepsi.

Microsoft has announced plans to release budget software for certain nations.
