Realist: I haven't heard much water cooler talk about a JV or buyout offer other than I've heard some of been informally made. However, as you it wouldn't surprise me if management has this orchestrated too. This setting up the Lipangue and LDM in it's own vehicle for a nice clean acquisition along with issuing a dividend in a private company to crush the shorts is an ingenious move. Given that...you may be right and it shouldn't come as a huge surprise if a deal comes soon. KMT
